摘要
为研究石蜡和聚丙烯蜡2种温拌剂对橡胶沥青高温性能的影响,选取15%胶粉制备橡胶沥青,并通过向橡胶沥青中分别掺入不同掺量的石蜡和聚丙烯蜡制备温拌橡胶沥青;通过对基质沥青、橡胶沥青以及不同温拌橡胶沥青进行布氏黏度、DSR以及MSCR试验,研究2种温拌剂对橡胶沥青高温流变性能的影响。结果表明:2种温拌剂均可降低橡胶沥青的黏度;聚丙烯蜡可以改善橡胶沥青的抗车辙性能且含2%聚丙烯蜡的橡胶沥青的抗车辙性能最好;石蜡温拌剂会降低橡胶沥青的抗车辙性能。
In order to study the effect of two warm agents of paraffin wax and polypropylene wax on the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt,15% crumb rubber was selected to prepare rubber asphalt,and warm mix rubber asphalt was prepared by mixing different amounts of paraffin wax and polypropylene wax warm agents into rubber asphalt respectively.The effect of two warm agents on high temperature performance of rubber asphalt was investigated by conducting Rotational viscometer(RV) test,Dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) test and Multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR) test on matrix asphalt,rubber asphalt,and different warm mixes of rubber asphalt.The results show that both warm agents can reduce the viscosity of rubber asphalt;polypropylene wax can improve the rutting resistance of rubber asphalt and the rubber asphalt containing 2% polypropylene wax has the best rutting resistance;paraffin wax warm mix will reduce the rutting resistance of rubber asphalt.
