摘要 针对传统角接触球轴承拟静力学分析模型求解速度慢,计算结果收敛困难,且未考虑轴承内圈偏移对其受力平衡影响的问题,考虑轴承内圈偏移对其受力平衡的影响,建立角接触球轴承拟静力学模型,在传统牛顿-拉弗森迭代求解的基础上引入了对迭代初值的几何约束。以NSK 7016A5角接触球轴承为例进行对比分析,优化后的算法求解速度快,易收敛,并分析了转速对球与套圈的接触角、接触载荷的影响,随转速升高,内圈接触角增大,外圈接触角减小,内圈接触载荷减小,外圈接触载荷增大。 The solution speed of traditional quasi-static analysis model of angular contact ball bearings is slow,the calculation results are difficult to converge,and the influence of inner ring offset on force balance of the bearings is not considered.The quasi-static model of the bearings is established by considering the influence of inner ring offset on force balance of the bearings,the geometric constraint on initial value of iteration is introduced based on traditional Newton-Raphson iterative solution.Taking NSK 7016A5 angular contact ball bearings as examples for comparison analysis,the solution speed of optimized algorithm is fast and easy to converge.The influence of rotational speed on contact angle and contact load between ball and ring is analyzed.With the increase of rotational speed,the contact angle of inner ring increases,the contact angle of outer ring decreases,the contact load of inner ring decreases,and the contact load of outer ring increases.
