滚动轴承柔性智能生产线的动态平衡优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对在多品种、变批量生产需求下滚动轴承柔性智能生产线生产效率难以保证的问题,提出一种动态平衡优化方法。以调心滚子轴承套圈磨削生产线为研究对象,以生产线平衡率、设备利用率以及工序延迟率为优化目标,综合考虑产能和生产需求等约束条件,基于假定产品法构建自适应生产需求的动态平衡优化模型,采用改进多种群遗传算法对其求解,得到动态生产需求下滚动轴承柔性智能生产线的设备数量配置结果。以某系列高速低噪声调心滚子轴承生产线为例进行试验验证,生产线平衡率、设备平均利用率均达到80%以上,工序延迟率控制在8%以内,实现了柔性智能生产线的动态平衡以及设备数量优化。 Aimed at the problem that the production efficiency of flexible intelligent production line for rolling bearings is difficult to guarantee under the production requirements of multi-variety and variable batch,a dynamic balance optimization method is proposed.Taking the grinding production line for spherical roller bearing rings as a research object and using the balancing rate of production line,utilization rate of equipment and delay rate of process as optimization goals,considering comprehensively the constraint conditions such as production capacity and production requirements,a dynamic balance optimization model for adaptive production requirements is constructed based on hypothetical product method and solved by using improved multi-population genetic algorithm,the configuration results for number of equipment of flexible intelligent production line for rolling bearings under dynamic production requirements is obtained.The production line for a series of high-speed low-noise spherical roller bearings is taken as an example for verification,the experimental results show that the balancing rate of production line and average utilization rate of equipment are more than 80%,and the delay rate of process is controlled within 8%.The dynamic balance of flexible intelligent production line and optimization of number of equipment are realized.
