摘要
介绍了一种含碳量高达1.4%的超高碳轴承钢(UHCBS),并与传统GCr15轴承钢进行了组织及性能对比分析。结果表明:该钢的淬回火组织细小且含有较多的位错亚结构;淬火硬度、回火稳定性及耐磨性均优于GCr15,接触疲劳寿命L_(10)和L_(50)均为GCr15钢的5倍;轴承台架试验寿命为GCr15钢的3~5倍,且试验过程中轴承发热量小,温升低。
An ultra high carbon bearing steel(UHBS)with carbon content up to 1.4%is introduced,and its microstructure and properties are compared with those of traditional GCr15 bearing steel.The results show that:the quenching and tempering microstructure of the steel is fine and contains many dislocation substructures;the quenching hardness,tempering resistance and wear resistance are better than those of GCr15,and the contact fatigue life L_(10) and L_(50) are 5 times of GCr15;the bearing bench test life is 3~5 times of GCr15,and the bearings have small heat generation and low temperature rise during the test.
