摘要
为替代传统汽油清洗剂,开展新型环保清洗剂的优选。通过分析清洗剂的作用机理和目标清洗剂的性能指标,完成清洗剂的初选;通过试片和轴承清洗试验、挥发性试验、腐蚀性试验等完成清洗剂的优选。结果表明:KX-360清洗剂能快速去除试片表面油脂,可在15 min内完成含大量油污轴承的清洗,挥发性良好,对钢、铝合金、不锈钢试片和轴承均无腐蚀,可满足轴承等金属零件的清洗要求;无刺激性气味且不燃,属于非危险化学品,可按照常规化学品要求进行运输和存储,废液处置方便;采购不受限且成本较低,可满足生产需求和安全生产相关要求。
In order to replace the traditional gasoline cleaning agents,the optimal selection of new environment-friendly cleaning agents is carried out.The primary selection of cleaning agents is completed by analyzing the action mechanism of cleaning agents and performance indexes of target cleaning agents.The optimal selection of cleaning agents is completed by test piece and bearing cleaning test,volatile test and corrosion test.The results show that:KX-360 cleaning agent is able to remove the grease on surface of test piece quickly and to clean the bearing containing a large amount of oil within 15 minutes,having good volatility and no corrosion on steel,aluminum alloy,stainless steel test pieces and bearings,which can meet the cleaning requirements of bearings and other metal parts.The cleaning agent has no pungent smell and non-flammable,belonging to non hazardous chemical,which can be transported and stored according to the requirements of conventional chemicals,and the waste liquid disposal is convenient.The procurement is not limited and the cost is low,which can meet production needs and safety production requirements.
