乡村振兴背景下农家书屋可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of Rural Bookstores under the Background of Rural Revitalization

文化振兴是乡村振兴的“根”与“魂”。农家书屋作为最基层的公益性公共文化服务设施,在乡村文化振兴中具有不可替代的重要地位和作用。该文在调研的基础上,论证了当前农家书屋建设取得的成绩和存在的问题,并就进一步建好、管好、用好农家书屋,赋能乡村文化振兴,提出了改革创新投入机制,加快书屋升级提档;服务方式因地制宜,打造书屋品牌特色;制定考核测评办法,推行书屋动态评级等方面的思路和对策。

Cultural revitalization is the"root"and"soul"of rural revitalization.As the most basic public service facility,rural bookstores play an irreplaceable role in the revitalization of rural cultural.On the basis of research,this paper mainly discusses the achievements and problems of the current construction of rural bookstores.It also proposed a series of countermeasures on how to build,manage and make good use of rural bookstores,and empower the revitalization of rural culture,including:reforming and innovating the investment mechanism,speeding up the upgrading of bookstores;adapting service methods to local conditions;building the brand characteristics of bookstores;formulating assessment methods;implementing ideas and countermeasures such as the dynamic rating of bookstores.
