中华文明是世界上唯一延续至今的人类古文明。在5000多年漫长的历史演进中,中华文明形成了自己鲜明的特质。该文简要解读中华文明的八大特质,即中华民族多元一体;统一使用历史悠久的汉字;以人为本,天人合一;以和为贵;求同存异;以德为先;善良仁爱;家国同构。同时强调历久弥新的中华文明是今日中国迅速崛起、中华民族昂首阔步走向世界舞台的内在根本动力。中华文明自身的鲜明特质注定了中国必然走具有中国特色的发展道路,未来中华文明必将为人类社会进步与发展做出更多贡献。

The Chinese civilization is the only ancient human civilization in the world that has continued to this day.In the over 5000 years of long historical evolution,Chinese civilization has formed its own distinctive characteristics.This paper briefly explains the eight characteristics of Chinese civilization,namely,the pluralism and unity of the Chinese nation;unified use of Chinese characters with a long history;people oriented,harmony between nature and man;harmony is most valuable;seek common ground while reserving differences;virtue comes first;kindness;family and country are of the same structure.At the same time,it is emphasized that the enduring Chinese civilization is the internal fundamental driving force behind the rapid rise of China today and the Chinese nation's march to the world stage.The distinctive characteristics of Chinese civilization doomed China to follow the path of development with Chinese characteristics,and in the future,Chinese civilization will make more contributions to the progress and development of human society.
