中药复方制剂中大黄素的提取工艺及含量测定

Content determination of emodin in mixture of Chinese traditional medicine

样品经适当提取后 ,采用薄层扫描法对抗肾衰胶囊中的大黄素进行含量测定。在硅胶G展开 ,以苯 -醋酸乙酯 -甲酸 -甲醇 -水 (3:1:0 0 5 :0 2 :0 5 )展开。扫描 (λs =4 4 0nm ,λr =6 0 0nm)测得样品含量为 10 6 6 % ,加样回收率为 10 2 6 % ,精密度RSD =1 31%。实验证实此方法可靠、准确、操作简便 。

After proper extraction,the content of emodin in anti-kidney-failure capsule was determined by the method of TLC-scanning in the experiment.The preparation was spotted on solica gel-G plate,and developed with benze-ethy acetate-formyle-carbionel-aqua ammoniae(3:1:0 05:0 2:0 5).By dual-wavelength scanning(λs=440 nm,λr=600 nm), the content of emodin was 10 7%,the average rate of recovery was 102 6% and RSD was 1 31%?The method used was proved to be reliable,acute,simple and available for the quality control of anti-kidney-failure capsule.
