排气康复操在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者康复中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of exhaust rehabilitation exercise in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探究排气康复操应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的效果及对其肩部疼痛、生活质量的影响。方法:纳入我院2020年1月至2021年12月期间收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者113例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组56例给予常规体位活动干预,观察组57例加用排气康复操,干预后,对比两组患者疗效、肩痛程度、生活质量。结果:观察组下床活动、肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、住院等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组;两组肩部疼痛程度较干预前呈现显著下降趋势,且观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后10d生活质量较术前呈现显著上升趋势,且观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后患者应用排气康复操可有效降低肩部疼痛程度,提高生活质量水平,提高治疗效率。

Objective: To explore the effect of exhaust rehabilitation exercise in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its influence on shoulder pain and quality of life. Methods: 113 cases in our hospital after laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients as the research object, by using the method to random number table is divided into control group and observation group, control group 56 cases give regular position activity intervention, observation group of 57 cases with exhaust rehabilitation exercise, after the intervention, compared two groups of patients with curative effect, the degree of shoulder pain, quality of life. Results: The time of getting out of bed, recovery of bowel sounds,exhaust and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),so the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group. The degree of shoulder pain in the two groups showed a significant downward trend compared with that before intervention, and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life in the two groups at 10 days after operation showed a significant upward trend compared with that before operation, and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of exhaust rehabilitation exercise after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively reduce the degree of shoulder pain, improve the quality of life, and improve the efficiency of treatment.
