延续性自我护理教育结合电话随访应用于烧伤患者出院后护理中的分析

Analysis of the application of continuous self-care education combined with telephone follow-up in post-discharge nursing of burn patients

目的:将延续性自我护理教育结合电话随访应用于烧伤患者,探讨此方法的护理效果。方法:本次研究患者来自于2019年7月—2022年6月期间我院的治疗病例,纳入了64例烧伤患者,基于不同的护理方式加以分组,每组人数均等。对照组出院后给予电话随访,联合组出院后给予延续性自我护理教育,对比两种方法的护理效果。结果:护理后,VSS评分结果表明,联合组要优于对照组(P<0.05);患者HAMA、HAMD评分均有所降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,联合组评分更低(P<0.05);患者生活质量各项评分均得以改善(P<0.05),与对照组相比,联合组各项评分更高(P<0.05);护理后,患者应激障碍、信心水平各项评分均得以改善(P<0.05),与对照组相比,联合组各项评分更高(P<0.05);联合组并发症发生率为21.8%,低于对照组的6.25%。结论:结论对于烧伤患者出院后的护理,采用延续性自我护理教育结合电话随访的效果明显,有利改善预后,体现出推广价值。

Objective: To apply continuous self-care education combined with telephone follow-up to burn patients and explore the nursing effect of this method. Methods: Patients in this study were from patients treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022, including 64 burn patients, who were divided into groups based on different nursing methods, with equal number in each group. The control group was followed up by telephone after discharge, and the combined group was given continuous self-care education after discharge. The nursing effects of the two methods were compared. Results: After nursing, VSS score showed that the combined group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The scores of HAMA and HAMD were decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of the combined group were lower(P<0.05). The scores of patients’ quality of life were improved(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of the combined group were higher(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of stress disorder and confidence level of patients were improved(P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the scores of the combined group were higher(P<0.05);The complication rate in the combined group was 21.8%, which was lower than 6.25% in the control group. Conclusion: For the nursing of burn patients after discharge, the effect of continuous self-care education combined with telephone follow-up is obvious, which can improve the prognosis and reflect the value of promotion.
