优化急诊护理路径结合压疮预警护理对重症颅脑损伤患者压疮发生率与生活质量的影响

Influence of optimizing emergency nursing path and early warning nursing of pressure ulcer on the incidence rate and quality of life of patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的:研究危机管理模式结合传统外伤急救护理在急诊颅脑外伤患者的实施价值。方法:选取2021年01月—2022年06月收治于我院的60例患者作为研究对象。2021年01月—2021年09月患者实施常规护理模式,之后我院通过改进,在2021年10月—2022年06月所选患者实施优化急诊护理路径。对比两组患者重症颅脑损伤改进情况;护理总满意度;并发症发生率;生活质量。结果:观察组颅脑损伤评分比对照组有优势;观察组总满意度和生活质量比对照组高,观察组出现并发症概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用压疮预警护理联合优化急诊护理路径方式,具有明显成效。

Objective: To study the implementation value of crisis management mode combined with traditional trauma emergency care in emergency craniocerebral trauma patients. Methods: 60 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects. From January 2021 to September 2021, the patients implemented the routine nursing mode. Later, through improvement, our hospital implemented the optimized emergency nursing path for the selected patients from October 2021 to June 2022. The improvement of severe craniocerebral injury in the two groups was compared;Total satisfaction of nursing;Incidence rate of complications;Quality of life. Results:Brain injury score in the observation group was superior to that in the control group;The total satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early warning nursing combined with optimizing emergency nursing path has obvious effect.
