循证护理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with diabetes

目的:探究分析循证护理干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中的效果及对血糖控制和妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择2021年8月到2022年8月作为研究时间段,时间跨度1年,抽取期间本中心产前保健的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇合计120例纳入观察样本,随即将其均分为对照组(n=60,常规疾病护理)和实验组(n=60,循证护理干预)。对比两组孕妇的血糖指标、相关量表评分、妊娠并发症发生率。结果:实验组孕妇接受循证护理干预后,血糖指标、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分(EPDS)、糖尿病自护行为量表评分(SDSCA)均显著优于对照组,羊水异常、胎儿窘迫、脐带绕颈等妊娠并发症发生率更低(P<0.05),差异存在统计学意义。结论:循证护理干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇护理中的效果确切,能够有效控制患者的血糖情况、提高患者的自我管理能力、能够优化妊娠结局,值得临床进一步推行。

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes and its impact on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome. Methods: The period from August 2021 to August 2022 was selected as the research period, which lasted for one year. A total of 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital during this period were included in the observation sample, and then they were divided into the control group(n=60, conventional disease nursing) and the experimental group(n=60, evidence-based nursing intervention). The blood glucose index, related scale score and pregnancy complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: After evidence-based nursing intervention, the blood glucose index, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score(EPDS), diabetes self-care behavior scale score(SDSCA) of pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the incidence of pregnancy complications such as amniotic fluid abnormalities, fetal distress, umbilical cord around the neck and so on was lower(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy has a definite effect,which can effectively control the blood sugar situation of patients, improve the self-management ability of patients, and optimize the pregnancy outcome. It is worth further promoting in clinical practice.
