益肾补肺方治疗慢阻肺稳定期老年患者的影响价值研究

Effect of Yishen Bufei decoction on elderly patients with stable COPD

目的:探讨益肾补肺方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)(肺肾气虚证)稳定期老年患者临床症状及炎性因子的影响。方法:选择2020年5月-2022年5月我院收治的慢阻肺稳定期老年患者110例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组55例予以常规药物治疗,观察组55例在对照组基础上加用益肾补肺方,对比两组的临床症状、炎性因子水平、运动耐量与生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组的呼吸困难程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-21(IL-21)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6min步行距离(6MWD)长于对照组,BODE指数、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾补肺方辅助治疗慢阻肺(肺肾气虚证)稳定期老年患者,可降低患者的炎症因子水平,减轻呼吸困难症状,提高了患者的运动耐量,提高生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Yishen Bufei decoction on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)(pulmonary kidney qi deficiency syndrome) at stable stage. Methods: Choice in May 2020 to May 2022 copd stabilization elderly patients of our hospital 110 cases, according to random number table method was divided into control group and observation group, control group 55 cases with conventional drug treatment, observation group 55 cases in the control group on the basis of fill with reasons of lung, compared two groups of clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels, exercise tolerance and quality of life. Results: After treatment, the degree of dyspnea in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the levels of interleukin-21(IL-21), interleukin-17(IL-17) and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6min walking distance(6MWD) was longer than that of the control group, and the BODE index and SGRQ scores were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yishen Bufei decoction can reduce the level of inflammatory factors, relieve the symptoms of dyspnea, improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life in elderly patients with stable COPD(lung kidney Qi deficiency syndrome).
