摘要
天津餐饮业在融合发展的过程中深耕本土并全面形成了兼收并蓄的区域性风格,作为商贸流通的基础性行业,已取得了长足发展,尤其是“夜经济”升级换代的巨大推力将进一步显示其无尽的潜力。在发展“夜经济”的潮流中,结合天津历史文化传统与现代都市气质可以构建美食驱动、畅饮驱动、文旅驱动、鬼市驱动以及乡村夜市等模式,通过跨界融合不断满足多元化餐饮需求,实现餐饮业与“夜经济”互驱共赢式发展。
In the process of integration and development,Tianjin’s catering industry has deeply cultivated its native land and formed an eclectic regional style in an all-round way.As the basic industry of trade circulation,it has made considerable development,especially the huge thrust of the upgrading of“night economy”will further show its unlimited potential.In the trend of developing“night economy”,combined with Tianjin’s historical and cultural traditions and modern metropolitan nature to build models such as gourmet food-driven,drink-driven,cultural tourism-driven,ghost market-driven and rural night market.Through crossover integration,diversified catering needs are continuously met and win-win development of catering industry and“night economy”will come true.
