摘要
DIP付费,是在按病种付费的基础上,运用大数据技术进行分类组合后按分值付费。2021年3月,国家医保局要求71个DIP试点城市实现DIP付费,南充市是本次DIP付费的试点城市之一。在梳理相关文献的基础上,结合卫生专家的访谈,研究南充市在DIP付费试点中,在不损害政府与患者的利益前提下提高公立医院运营效益的策略,以期为政府开展医保支付方式改革提供参考。
DIP payment is based on the payment by disease type and the classification and combination of big data technology.In March 2021,the National Medical Insurance Bureau required 71 pilot cities to implement DIP payment.Nanchong is one of the pilot cities for this DIP payment.On the basis of combing relevant literature,combined with interviews with health experts,this paper studies how Nanchong can improve the operation efficiency of public hospitals in the pilot project of DIP payment without harming the interests of the government and patients,and provides reference for the government to carry out the reform of medical insurance payment mode.
