摘要
基于明瑟收入函数模型及其扩展模型,利用CGSS2015中国综合社会调查数据,以本科学历的教育收益率为基准进行对比。采用多元回归分析的方法综合考虑工作经验、工作区域、性别、家庭背景以及工作单位性质等相关因素,对研究生个人教育收益率进行实证研究。结果表明,在个体特征中,受教育程度、工作经验以及性别因素都对研究生教育回报有显著影响,但家庭背景在研究生群体的教育回报中已不显著;在工作区域上,东部的教育回报率最高且就业人数最多;虽然国有集体企业的教育回报率最低,但是教育人数的数量趋势最高。
Based on the Mincer income function model and its extended model,this paper uses CGSS2015 China Comprehensive Social Survey data to compare the return on education with undergraduate education.The multiple regression analysis method is used to conduct an empirical study on the rate of return on personal education of postgraduates by comprehensively considering relevant factors such as work experience,work area,gender,family background and work unit nature.The study found that education level,work experience and gender factors in individual characteristics have significant impacts on the return on postgraduate education,but family background has no significant impact on the return on postgraduate education.In the working area,the eastern region has the highest education return rate and the largest number of employment.Although state-owned collective enterprises have the lowest return on education,the trend in the number of educational personnel is the highest.
