EPC模式下装配式建筑合同信息集成管理研究

Research on Integrated Management of Assembly Construction Contract Information under EPC Mode

针对目前EPC模式下装配式建筑项目中合同信息化管理程度不高等问题,将合同管理与集成理念相结合,提出EPC模式下装配式建筑合同信息集成管理概念,并构建以合同信息集成管理平台为核心的EPC模式下的装配式建筑合同信息集成管理模型,以期实现对项目全生命周期内合同信息的收集、汇总、共享与储存。研究证明,采用合同信息集成化管理将有效消除信息孤岛等问题,并有利于提升合同管理效率及提高合同信息化管理水平。

Prefabricated construction project contract in EPC mode information management level is not high,the contract management combined with integrated concept,put forward the EPC mode prefabricated construction contract information integration management concepts,and build information integrated management platform in the contract as the core of EPC mode prefabricated construction contract information integration management model,Realize the collection,summary,sharing and storage of contract information in the whole life cycle of the project.The research proves that the integrated management of contract information will effectively eliminate the problem of information island and promote the efficiency of contract management and the level of contract information management.
