摘要
文章聚焦制造业企业产品质量管理,打造了基于计算机视觉、5G、边缘计算等技术的表面质量检测系统。系统基于云边端协同处理模式,应用部署从设备层实现数据采集,经过云/边端的算法层智能分析决策,创新检测模式,实现机电分离、模型和算法快速迭代。同时,系统集成产品生产端数据、产品物料数据、市场追踪反馈数据,实现产品全生命周期的数据互联及质量反馈,为生产工艺改进提供基础数据。系统针对不同的场景、不同用户群体,提供不同的解决方案,为企业造把好产品质量关打下坚实的基础。
The paper focused on the product quality management of manufacturing enterprises,and created a surface quality inspection system based on computer vision,5 G,mobile edge computing and other technologies.Based on the cloud side collaborative processing mode,the system realized data collection from the device layer through application deployment.After intelligent analysis and decision-making at the cloud/side algorithm layer,the system innovated the detection mode to realize electromechanical separation and rapid iteration of models and algorithms.At the same time,the system integrated product production end data,product material data and market tracking feedback data to realize data interconnection and quality feedback in the whole product life cycle,so as to provide basic data for production process improvement.The system provided different solutions for different scenarios and different user groups,laying a solid foundation for enterprises to control product quality.
