摘要
文章提出了一种隔离度好的一分三同相波导功分器,该功分器基于变异E面T型结,在较宽的频率范围内,使三路输出端口的幅度与相位达到平衡,最终等幅同相输出,并且具备较高的路间隔离度,大幅提高功率合成的稳定性。经过Ku频段24路合成功放实际验证,该功分器具有奇数路、宽频带、高隔离、低损耗、同相位等特点,工程应用价值较高。
This paper proposed a high-isolation one-three same-phase power divider of waveguide,which based on the variant E-surface T junction.In a wide frequency band,this power divider balanced the amplitude and the phase of the three-way output port to obtain the same amplitude and phase output finally.And it had a high road isolation,greatly improving the stability of power synthesis.The successful verification of Ku frequency band 24 way power synthesis showed this power divider had the characteristics of odd-way,wide frequency band,high isolation,low loss and same phase,with high engineering application value.
