微量C反应蛋白联合末梢血常规在发热患儿中的应用

摘要 目的探究微量C反应蛋白联合末梢血常规在发热患儿中的应用价值。方法在2020年1月至6月,抽取广东省佛山市南海区第四人民医院儿科接诊的300例发热患儿作为研究对象,给予患儿微量C反应蛋白和血常规联合检测,就其检测结果进行分析。结果在300例发热患儿中,出院诊断为病原体感染阳性240例,微量C反应蛋白联合血常规检验阳性238例,血常规检验阳性210例,单一微量C反应蛋白阳性211例。微量C反应蛋白联合血常规检验的准确率、灵敏度、特异性高于单一血常规、单一微量C反应蛋白,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科发热患儿中微量C反应蛋白和血常规联合测定病原体感染准确率较高,使临床使用抗生素治疗获得准确的指导依据,应用价值显著。 Objective To explore the application value of trace C-reactive protein combined with peripheral blood routine in children with fever.Methods From January to June 2020,300 children with fever were selected as the research objects from the Pediatric Department of Nanhai District Fourth People’s Hospital of Foshan City,Guangdong Province,and 300 children were given combined test of trace C-reactive protein and blood routine examination,and the test results were analyzed.Results Among 300 children with fever,240 cases were diagnosed as positive for pathogenic bacteria infection at discharge,238 cases were positive for trace C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test,210 cases were positive for blood routine test,and 211 cases were single trace C-reactive protein.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of trace C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test were higher than those of single blood routine test and single trace C-reactive protein,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined determination of trace C-reactive protein and blood routine examination has a high accuracy in children with fever in pediatrics,which provides accurate guidance for the clinical use of antibiotics and has significant application value.
