子宫内膜癌肉瘤1例并文献讨论

A case of uterine carcinosarcoma and literature review

子宫癌肉瘤亦称为恶性混合中胚层肿瘤,属于子宫内膜恶性肿瘤的范畴,其生长非常迅速,恶性程度极高,发病率低,临床上十分少见。但临床表现不典型,因此死亡率高。近年来少有文献报道。本文通过1例子宫内膜癌肉瘤报道,开展对该病的相关讨论,同时引起临床医生对本病的重视及认识。

Uterine carcinosarcomas also known as malignant mixed mesodermal tumor,belongs to endometrial carcinoma.Its growth is very rapid,the degree of malignancy is very high,its incidence rate is low,it is very rare in clinical practice,but the clinical manifestations are not typical,so the mortality is high.There are few literature reports in recent years.This article reports a case of endometrial carcinosarcoma,discusses the disease,and arouses clinicians’attention and understanding of the disease.
