小儿肠胃康颗粒联合乳酶生对功能性消化不良患儿临床症状改善及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Xiaoer Changweikang Granules combined with Lactase on clinical symptoms improvement and immune function in children with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨功能性消化不良(FD)患儿给予小儿肠胃康颗粒联合乳酶生对临床症状改善及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年11月菏泽市妇幼保健院收治的92例FD患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(46例)与对照组(46例)。对照组给予乳酶生治疗,观察组给予小儿肠胃康颗粒联合乳酶生治疗,比较两组的症状评分、体液免疫功能、细胞免疫功能。结果两组治疗后的症状评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的嗳气、便溏、纳呆、胃脘痞满胀痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FD患儿给予小儿肠胃康颗粒联合乳酶生治疗,能缓解临床症状,改善患儿体液及细胞免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Changweikang Granules combined with Lactase on the improvement of clinical symptoms and immune function in children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 92 children with FD who were admitted to Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Lactase,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Changweikang Granules combined with Lactase.The symptom scores,humoral immune function and cellular immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,scores of belching,loose stools,anorexia,and epigastric fullness and pain of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),and immunoglobulin M(IgM)were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with FD,Xiaoer Changweikang Granules combined with Lactase can relieve clinical symptoms and improve the humoral and cellular immune function of children.
