综合性康复护理干预在颅脑损伤患儿护理中的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of children with craniocerebral injury

目的研究综合性康复护理干预在颅脑损伤患儿临床护理中的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月河南省儿童医院接收的70例颅脑损伤患儿,先随机抽取35例设为A组,开展常规护理,其余35例则为B组,在A组基础上再给予综合性康复护理,总结分析两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果干预后,B组患儿的Fugl-Meyer评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患儿的神经功能缺损评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患儿的并发症总发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复护理干预用于颅脑损伤患儿的临床护理效果理想,可有效改善患儿的运动功能,减轻其神经功能缺损程度,减少相关并发症的发生,有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the application value of rehabilitation nursing intervention in clinical nursing of children with craniocerebral injury.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,70 children with craniocerebral injury received by Henan Children’s Hospital were selected,and 35 children were randomly selected as group A for routine care,and the remaining 35 children were in group B,on the basis of group A,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was given,and the clinical nursing effects of children between the two groups were summarized and analyzed.Results After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer score of children in group B was higher than that in group A,the neurological deficit score of children in group B was lower than that in group A,and the total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention is effective in clinical nursing of children with craniocerebral injury.It can effectively improve children’s motor function,reduce the degree of neurological deficit,and reduce the occurrence of related complications,which has clinical promotion value.
