程序化护理风险管理在急诊孕产妇接诊急救中的应用效果

Application effect of procedural nursing risk management in emergency pregnant and lying-in women

目的探析急诊孕产妇在接诊急救中应用程序化护理风险管理的效果。方法抽取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的98例急诊孕产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=49,常规护理)、观察组(n=49,常规护理联合程序化护理风险管理)。比较两组急诊孕产妇的护理效果。结果观察组的急诊时间、治疗时间短于对照组;观察组的医患纠纷、护理不良事件低于对照组;观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊孕产妇在急救期采取程序化护理风险管理措施干预能提升急诊效率,有极大的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of procedural nursing risk management in emergency pregnant and lying-in women.Methods A total of 98 emergency pregnant and lying-in women admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Science and Technology of China from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n=49,routine care)and the observation group(n=49,routine care combined with procedural nursing risk management)by random number table method,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The emergency time and treatment time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the doctor-patient disputes and adverse nursing events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the nursing satisf action score in the observatio n group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of procedural nursing risk management measures for emergency pregnant and lying-in women during the emergency period can improve the emergency efficiency and has great application value.
