康复护理对女性急性脑梗死患者肢体功能及神经功能的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on limb function and nerve function of female patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的分析康复护理模式在改善女性急性脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍中的可行性。方法选择2020年1月至2021年10月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的52例女性急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(26例)与对照组(26例)。观察组患者采用康复护理方法,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,比较两组患者护理前后的肢体功能运动(FMA)评分﹑神经功能缺损评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理在改善患者肢体功能障碍方面发挥着重要作用,对于促进患者神经功能改善的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of rehabilitation nursing mode in improving limb dysfunction of female patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 52 female patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(26 cases)and the control group(26 cases).The observation group was given rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.Limb function motor(FMA)score,nerve functio n score before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results FMA score of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in improving patients’physical dysfunction,and has a significant effect on promoting the improvement of patients’neurological function.
