家长心理疏导与多元护理干预在小儿外科手术围手术期的应用价值

Application value of parental psychological counseling and multi-nursing intervention in the perioperative period of pediatric surgery

目的观察分析家长心理疏导与多元护理干预在小儿外科手术围手术期的应用价值。方法选择2020年6月至2021年12月在滨州医学院附属医院外科手术治疗的70例患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为常规组(常规护理干预)和观察组(家长心理疏导+多元化护理干预),每组各35例。另选取每名患儿的直系亲属一位(共70例)。比较两组患儿家长干预前后的心理弹性评分(CD-RISC)以及患儿治疗的依从性。结果两组患儿家长干预前的CD-RISC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿家长的CDRISC评分高于干预前,且高于常规组;观察组患儿的治疗总依从性高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对需要外科手术治疗且处于围手术期患儿实施多元化护理干预,同时对其家长实施心理疏导能提高患儿的治疗依从性,改善患儿家长的心理状态,效果较常规护理模式更理想。

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of parental psychological counseling and multinursing intervention in the perioperative period of pediatric surgery.Methods A total of 70 children who received surgical treatment in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the routine group(receiving routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(receiving parental psychological counseling+multi-nursing intervention),with 35 cases in each group.In addition,one immediate family member of each child was selected(a total of 70 cases).The Connor-Davidson resilience score(CD-RISC)of the parents before and after intervention resilience score and compliance rate of children with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in CD-RISC score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the CD-RISC score of parents in the observation group was higher than that before intervention and the routine group,the treatment total compliance rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multi-nursing intervention for children who need surgical treatment and are in the perioperative period,and the implementation of psychological counseling for their parents can improve the compliance of children with treatment,and improve the psychological state of children’s parents,which is more effective than conventional nursing.
