摘要 为探究球磨机介质分层机理对球磨效率的影响规律,采用介质循环中心和质量中心解析不同填充率、转速率、长径比下介质群颗粒径向和轴向分层行为。研究结果表明:径向研究中,填充率越大,介质群循环中心越靠近筒体中心,转速率增大,介质循环中心逐渐向筒体左下方偏移。对颗粒轴向研究中,不同的填充率、转速率、长径比下,对颗粒分层均有不同程度的影响。未达到分层前,颗粒介质随时间的变化而变化,颗粒介质群大体呈现统一单调性;达到分层状态后,颗粒介质群的质量中心会有明显的变化,折线的增减趋势呈现出明显的变化。转速率越大,介质群质量中心值越大。长径比越大,介质群质量中心值越大。 In order to explore the influence of media stratification mechanism on ball milling efficiency,the media circulation center and mass center are used to analyze the radial and axial stratification behavior of media particles under different filling rate,rotating speed rate and aspect ratio.The results show that in the radial study,the larger the filling rate is,the closer the circulation center of the medium group is to the center of the cylinder,the higher the speed rate is,and the medium circulation center gradually shifts to the lower left of the cylinder.In the axial study of particles,different filling rate,rotating speed and length diameter ratio have different effects on particle stratification.Before delamination,the granular medium changes with time,and the granular medium group is generally uniform and monotonous.After reaching the layered state,the mass center of the granular medium group will change obviously,and the increasing and decreasing trend of the broken line shows an obvious change.The larger the rotating speed,the larger the mass center value of the medium group is.The larger the center diameter ratio,the larger the mass ratio is.
