摘要
为使某自动步枪的枪机能够在后坐过程中受的后坐阻力相对平稳,研究了传统和新型两种缓冲器;运用机械系统动力学自动分析(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems,ADAMS)软件分别对传统和新型缓冲器的后坐过程进行仿真分析,并对新型缓冲相关参数对缓冲器的影响进行分析。结果表明:新型缓冲器方案对枪机的后坐效果较为明显,在后坐过程中复进簧受力减小8.1%,全枪后坐力减小33%。在活塞杆半径、流量系数、流液孔面积3个新型缓冲相关参数中,流量系数对缓冲器性能的影响最大。
In order to make the recoil resistance of an automatic rifle,which relatively stable,during recoil,two kinds of buffers including the traditional one and the new one were studied.The recoil process of the traditional buffer and the new buffer was analyzed by Adams software,and the influence of the new buffer parameters on the buffer is optimized and analyzed.The results show that the recoil effect of the new buffer scheme is obvious,and the compound spring force is reduced by 8.1%during the recoil and the recoil force of the gun is reduced by 33%.Among the new buffer related three parameters,including piston rod radius,flow coefficient and flow hole area,the flow coefficient has the greatest influence about the buffer performance.
