摘要
人工甜味剂作为一类有机新污染物正日益引起人们的广泛关注。本研究采用固相萃取前处理与高效液相色谱-三重四极杆(HPLC-MS/MS)相结合的方法,测定了大连近岸海域中的8种典型人工甜味剂的浓度,结果表明,大连近岸海域普遍存在人工甜味剂污染,其中三氯蔗糖(SUC)和安赛蜜(ACE)是主要污染物,污染水平分别为32~766 ng·L^(-1)和103~557 ng·L^(-1)。生态风险评估结果表明,现阶段大连近岸海域的人工甜味剂污染不太可能对水生生物造成生态风险。鉴于人工甜味剂在大连近岸海域高频检出,有必要进行长期监测以评估其风险水平。
Artificial sweeteners as a new kind of organic pollutants are attracting more and more attention.In this study,the concentrations of eight typical artificial sweeteners in Dalian coastal waters were determined by solid phase extraction pretreatment combined with HPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that the pollution of artificial sweeteners were widespread in Dalian coastal waters.Sucralose(SUC)and acesulfame(ACE)were the main pollutants,with pollution levels of 32~766 ng·L^(-1)and 103~557 ng·L^(-1),respectively.The results of ecological risk assessment showed that artificial sweetener pollution in Dalian coastal waters was unlikely to cause ecological risk to aquatic organisms.In view of the high frequency detection of artificial sweeteners in the coastal waters of Dalian,it is necessary to carry out long-term monitoring to evaluate their risk level.
