吴茱萸复方热熨法治疗胸腰椎内固定术后便秘患者的临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation on the treatment of constipation after thoracolumbar internal fi xation with evodia rutaecarpa compound hot ironing

目的 探讨吴茱萸复方热熨法在胸腰椎内固定术后便秘患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年1月在医院行胸腰椎内固定术后便秘的患者130例作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各65例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用吴茱萸复方热熨法,对比两组患者便秘发生情况、术后首次排便时间等相关临床指标。结果 观察组患者干预期间便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排便时间、肠鸣音出现时间、术后首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 吴茱萸复方热熨法与常规护理结合对胸腰椎内固定术患者进行干预,能降低患者便秘发生概率,对肠胃功能康复具有促进作用,具有操作便捷、费用低等优势,并发症少,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of evodia rutaecarpa compound hot ironing on constipation patients after thoracolumbar internal fixation. Methods A total of 130 patients with constipation after thoracolumbar internal fi xation in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. According to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 65 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evodia rutaecarpa compound hot ironing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of constipation and the time of fi rst defecation after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during the intervention period(P<0.05). The time of postoperative first defecation, time of bowel sounds, and time of fi rst exhaust in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Evodia rutaecarpa compound hot pressing method and routine nursing care can reduce the incidence of constipation in patients undergoing thoracolumbar internal fixation, promote the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function, have the advantages of convenient operation, low cost, fewer complications and improve the prognosis.
