虚拟现实技术在脊髓损伤下肢功能障碍康复中的应用进展

摘要 下肢功能障碍是脊髓损伤(SCI)患者常见的功能障碍,严重影响患者活动能力和生活质量。传统的康复方式大多存在枯燥乏味、患者参与度不高等问题,而虚拟现实(VR)技术恰好能解决这一问题。VR作为一项新兴技术,逐渐被应用到神经系统康复治疗当中。由于其沉浸性、交互性、构想性的特点,大大提高了患者的参与度,并对患者功能恢复有很大帮助。本文对VR技术在SCI下肢功能障碍康复中的应用进行综述,为日后临床研究提供相应的支持。 Lower limb dysfunction is a common dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injury(SCI),which seriously affects the patient's mobility and quality of life.Most traditional rehabilitation methods have problems such as boring and low patient participation,and virtual reality(VR)technology can just solve this problem.As an emerging technology,VR is gradually being applied to neurological rehabilitation.Due to its immersive,interactive,and conceptual characteristics,it greatly improves the patient's participation and is very helpful to the patient's functional recovery.This article reviews the application of VR technology in the rehabilitation of SCI lower limb dysfunction,and provides corresponding support for future clinical research.
