Overview of Six Massage Schools Treatment of Pediatric Constipation

小儿便秘在儿科临床较为常见。由于便秘发病率高,且病情迁延难愈,影响小儿的身体健康,因此及时采取正确的方式加以处理与调护,至关重要。小儿推拿疗法治疗便秘有其独特优势,由于小儿推拿历史悠久且因其具备操作简单、疗效显著等优点,广受家长欢迎。目前在小儿推拿治疗便秘领域内,经验总结类文献、个案病例报道较多,多中心、大样本的RCT较少,对作用机制研究涉及较少,各流派学术思想、辨证方法、推拿方法各不相同,难以建立统一的标准指南,不利于临床推广。本文通过对相关文献的查阅与梳理,对主要小儿推拿流派在治疗便秘的学术特色、主要治法及手法特点加以阐释,并介绍各流派治疗小儿便秘的思路与方法,希望为今后的临床运用提供更多借鉴。

Pediatric constipation is common in pediatric clinic.Due to the high incidence of constipation,and the disease is difficult to heal,affecting the health of children,so timely take the correct way to deal with and care,is essential.Infantile massage therapy has its unique advantages in the treatment of constipation.Due to its long history,simple operation and obvious therapeutic effect,infantile massage is widely welcomed by parents.At present,in the field of pediatric massage in the treatment of constipation,there are more experience summary literature and case reports,less multi-center and large sample RCTs,and less research on the mechanism of action.The academic thoughts,syndrome differentiation methods and massage methods of various schools are different.It is difficult to establish a unified standard guide,which is not conducive to clinical promotion.Through consulting and combing the relevant literature,this paper explains the academic characteristics,main treatment methods and manipulation characteristics of the main pediatric massage schools in the treatment of constipation,and introduces the ideas and methods of various schools in the treatment of constipation in children,hoping to provide more reference for future clinical application.
