齐鲁三大小儿推拿流派应用脾经穴文献分析

Literature Analysis on the Application of Spleen Acupoint of Three Major Schools of Qilu Pediatric Massage

目的:对当代齐鲁三大小儿推拿流派(张汉臣流派、孙重三流派、三字经流派)代表著作中的脾经穴相关文献进行统计分析,探求和总结三大流派临床应用脾经穴的规律。方法:收集各流派代表著作中运用脾经穴治疗疾病的相关条文,统计分析治疗疾病种类和数量,及常用配伍穴位和频次。结果:从三部三大流派代表著作中,共收集相关条文219条。张汉臣流派著作中,在治疗中运用脾经穴的疾病47种,其中脾胃系疾病15种,占31.91%;孙重三流派涉及疾病24种,脾胃系疾病10种,占41.67%;三字经流派涉及疾病28种,脾胃系疾病11种,占39.29%。常用配伍穴位方面,张汉臣与孙重三流派使用频率最高者均为肾经穴,其次为内八卦穴;三字经流派频次最高者为二人上马穴,其次为肝穴。结论:三大流派运用脾经穴,治疗脾胃系、肺系等多个系统的疾病。其中,张汉臣流派应用脾经穴治疗疾病数量最多。三大流派常以具有补益及调气作用的穴位配伍脾经穴,用于治疗虚证及气机不利所致病证。各流派亦会将脾经穴与四横纹、大肠、天河水等功用重在清泻的穴位相配伍;通过配伍,显著扩大了脾经穴的应用范围。

Objective:To summarize the law of Spleen acupoint used on clinical application of three major schools of Qilu pediatric massage(Zhang Han-Chen school,Sun Zhong-San school,Three-Character-Classic school)through the statistical analysis of the relevant literature of Spleen acupoint in the representative books of three major schools of Qilu pediatric massage.Methods:Collect the relevant provisions of using Spleen acupoint for clinical massage treatment in the representative books of three major schools of Qilu pediatric massage,and make statistics on the types and quantities of diseases,and the acupoints and the frequency of use of the compatibility with Spleen acupoint.Results:A total of 219 relevant provisions were collected from three representative books of three major schools of Qilu pediatric massage.In the book edited by Zhang Han-Chen school,Spleen acupoint was used on massage treatment for 47 diseases,15 diseases of Pi and Wei,accounting for 31.91%;for Sun Zhong-San school,Spleen acupoint was used for 24 diseases,10 diseases of Pi and Wei,accounting for 41.67%;for Three-Character-Classic school,Spleen acupoint was used for28 diseases,11 diseases of Pi and Wei,accounting for 39.29%.The acupoints of the compatibility with Spleen acupoint which was used most frequently by Zhang Han-Chen school and Sun Zhong-San school is the Kidney point,and Nei Bagua point is the next;for Three-Character-Classic school,Erma point was used most frequently,and Liver point is the next.Conclusion:The Spleen acupoint was used on massage treatment of diseases of multiple systems such as Pi and Wei system and Fei system by three major schools of Qilu.Among them,the number of diseases which were used Spleen acupoint for treatment by Zhang Han-Chen school are is the most.The acupoints which have the effect to the benefit of body or to make the running of Qi coordinate are used in the compatibility with Spleen acupoint by three major schools of Qilu,and they are used on massage treatment of deficiency syndromes and syndromes of poor movement of Qi.Three major schools also use the acupoints which focus on heat removing such as Four Horizontal Lines point,Large Intestine point and Tian-He-Shui point are also used in the compatibility with Spleen acupoints by three major schools.Therefore the application range of Spleen acupoingt is significantly expended.
