心肾综合征的中西医研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine on cardiorenal syndrome

随着心脏病、肾脏病及两者合病发病事件的不断增加,“心肾综合征(cardio-renal syndrome)”一词的概念自2005年被提出后就受到学界的广泛关注,并在近10年来围绕其开展的相关研究中不断发展完善。然而,其治愈率低、预后较差,目前以相关症状为主的单纯西医治疗并未取得较大的突破。而祖国传统医学从“心肾相交”理论出发,采取的辨证施治近年来在各项研究中被证实在临床中取得了可喜的疗效,笔者认为,综合治疗也许会使该病的治疗达到柳暗花明又一村的效果,但此前关于该方面的论述比较分散。故笔者就此篇文章将近年来关于CRS的中西医研究进展综述如下,以供相关研究人员参考。

With the increasing incidence of heart disease,kidney disease and both diseases,the concept of the term "heart and kidney syndrome(cardiorenal syndrome)" has attracted wide attention since its proposal in 2005,and has been continuously developed and improved in the related research around it in the past 10 years.However,its cure rate is low and its prognosis is poor.At present,the simple western medicine treatment mainly with related symptoms has not achieved a major breakthrough.From the traditional medicine of the theory of "heart and kidney intersection",the syndrome differentiation has been proved in clinical studies in recent years.The author believes that comprehensive treatment may make the treatment achieve the effect of another village,but the previous discussion on this aspect is relatively scattered.Therefore,the author will review the recent research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine research on CRS as follows for the reference of relevant researchers.
