穴位推拿治疗老年人功能性便秘的临床研究现状

Clinical Research Status of Acupoint Massage in Treatment of Senile Functional Constipation

功能性便秘是老年人常见、多发疾病,其临床表现为粪便在肠道内留滞过久,以致粪便排出异常、次数减少、时间较长等,若不及时干预,可影响老年人生活质量,还会诱发或加重其他疾病。临床干预方法以药物为主,其作用较为局限、不良反应较多和疗效认可度较低。随着中医药事业不断发展,近年许多研究者发现穴位推拿治疗功能性便秘具有显著疗效,并进行了大量临床研究与探索,取得了新的成果与进展,发现穴位推拿治疗功能性便秘具有简、便、廉、验等优势且无不良反应和毒副作用等。本文通过对目前常用穴位推拿干预功能性便秘的临床研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Functional constipation is a common and multiple disease in elderly people,its clinical manifestations are fecal retention in the intestinal tract for too long,resulting in abnormal fecal discharge,reduced frequency,and long defecating time.If not timely intervention,the life quality of elderly patients will be affected,and other diseases will be induced or aggravated.The clinical intervention methods are mainly drugs,which have relatively limited effects,more adverse reactions and low recognition of efficacy.As the career development of traditional Chinese medicine,many researchers have found that acupuncture point massage in the treatment of functional constipation has significant curative effect in recent years,and a large number of clinical research and exploration,new achievements and progress have been made,and found that the acupoint massage in the treatment of functional constipation has advantages such as simply,convenient,cheap and effective and no adverse reactions or side effects.In order to provide reference for clinical treatment,this paper reviewed the clinical research on the intervention of functional constipation by acupoint massage.
