通络止痛贴膏制备工艺研究

Study on Preparation Process of Tongluozhitong Cataplasm

目的:优选通络止痛贴膏最优的制剂成型处方。方法:本实验采取正交试验法,以骨架材料、交联剂、粘性剂、赋形剂、含药量为考察因素,以涂布指标、成型指标、成型凝胶贴膏的初粘力、持粘力、剥离强度等为评价指标,综合评分法选取含药量和最佳的基质成型配方并进行验证。结果:优选出通络止痛贴膏制备工艺的最佳配比为聚丙烯酸钠NP-700:卡波姆:HPMC:甘羟铝:药粉:药油=25:2:2.5:2.5:100:30。结论:按最佳配比制备的通络止痛贴膏性能良好,易涂布、外观平整、剥离无残留、皮肤追随性良好、质量可控。

Objective:To select the optimal formulation molding prescription for Tongluozhitong cataplasm.Methods:In this experiment,the orthogonal test method was adopted to select and verify the drug content and the optimal matrix molding formulation by the comprehensive scoring method with the skeleton material,cross-linking agent,adhesive,excipient and drug content as the investigating factors,and the evaluation indexes of coating index,molding index,initial adhesion,holding adhesion and peeling strength of the molded gel paste.Results:The best ratio of Sodium polyacrylate NP700:carbomer:HPMC:glycolic aluminum:powder:oil=25:2:2.5:2.5:100:30 was selected.Conclusion:Tongluozhitong cataplasm prepared according to the best ratio has good performance,easy to apply,smooth appearance,no residue peeling,good skin following and controllable quality.
