探讨活性激痛点自发性电活动电位与脊髓前后根关系

The Relationship between Spontaneous Electromyographic Activity and Anterior and Posterior Roots of Spinal Cord

摘要 目的:研究活性激痛点自发性电活动是否存在脊髓敏化并明确电位变化与脊髓前后根的联系。方法:32只雄性wistar大鼠(体重约200~250g)随机分为4组,分别为空白对照组(A组)、non-MTrP谷氨酸组(B组)、MTrP生理盐水组(E组)、MTrP谷氨酸组(F组);建立MTrP模型,利用肌电图寻找MTrP处的自发性活动,并记录分别剪断脊髓前后根中枢端及周围端后,自发性电活动的电位变化。结果:仅在活性激痛点处记录到规律的自发性电活动,剪断脊髓前后根的周围端,自发性电活动的频率及放电幅度变化无显著性差异;剪断脊髓后根的中枢端,自发性电活动的放电频率及幅度显著变小;剪断脊髓前根的中枢端,自发性电活动的电位活动消失。结论:活性激痛点自发性电位存在脊髓敏化,自发性电位的变化与脊髓前后根均有关系,与脊髓前根的关系可能更加密切。 Objective:To study whether there exist sensitization of the spinal root and define the relationship between spinal roots and activity myscle trigger point(MTrP).Metheds:Thirty-two male wistar rats were randomly divided into control group(group A),non-MTrP glutamate group(group B),MTrP normal saline group(group E) and MtrP glutamate group(group F).The MTrP model was established,the spontaneous electromyographic activity(SEA) at the MTrP was detected by electrogram,and to record the potential changes of spontaneous electromyographic activity after cutting the central and peripheral ends of the spinal roots.Results:We recorded spontaneous electromyographic activity only on the activity MTrP.There was no statistical significance of the frequency and amplitude changes of spontaneous electromyographic activity after cutting the peripheral ends of the spinal ventral roots and dorsal roots,but a significant decrease was recorded after cutting the central ends of the spinal dorsal roots,and when the central ends of the spinal ventral roots were cut,the spontaneous electromyographic activity was disappeared.Conclusion:The activity MTrP existed sensitization of the spinal root.The changes of spontaneous electromyographic activity were connective with both spinal dorsal roots and ventral roots,but may be more closely connective with spinal ventral roots.
