韦尼克脑病综合康复治疗1例

A case of Wernicke encephalopathy comprehensive rehabilitation therapy

韦尼克脑病是一种中枢神经系统代谢性疾病,主要临床表现为精神状态异常、共济失调和眼部症状改变。本文以1例韦尼克脑病康复治疗为例,通过查阅相关文献,对患者进行常规的协调训练、核心力量训练、平衡训练、双重任务训练及作业治疗等,发现患者的平衡及步行功能有一定改善,后期需要更多的基于脑机制的临床研究探讨韦尼克脑病的康复治疗。

Wernicke encephalopathy is a metabolic disease of the central nervous system,the main clinical manifestations are changes in mental status,ataxia and ocular symptoms.This article takes a case of Wernicke encephalopathy rehabilitation treatment as an example.By consulting relevant literature,the patient is given routine coordination training,core strength training,balance training,dual task training and occupational therapy.It is found that the patient’s balance and walking function have improved to some extent.In the later stage,more clinical studies based on brain mechanism are needed to explore the rehabilitation treatment of Wernicke encephalopathy.
