辛丑年崔德芝教授应用备化汤加减验案举隅

Professor Cui Dezhi’s Experience About Applying Beihua Decoction In The Year Of Xinchou

备化汤出自陈无择《三因极一病症方论》,“丑未之岁,太阴湿土司天,太阳寒水在泉,病者关节不利,筋脉拘急,身重萎弱或温厉盛行,远近咸苦,或胸腹满闷,甚则浮肿,寒疟血溢,腰痛”。2021年为辛丑年(主水运不及,客运太阴湿土司天,太阳寒水在泉),笔者随崔德芝教授屡用备化汤治疗内科杂症,获效甚佳,兹举验案数则,分析在运气理论指导下进行异病同治,为临床诊治内科杂症提供更多的思路。

Beihua decoction,coming from Chen Wuze’s book Three Causes and One Disease Syndrome,is a famous prescription set up for the ChouWei year of Wet in the first half and cold in the second half,which can treat the diseases of muscle,vessel,chest,abdomen even general edema.In 2021,which is the Chou Wei year of Wet in the first half and cold in the second half,Professor Cui De-zhi repeatedly used the Beihua decoction to treat internal medicine miscellaneous diseases and got good results.Through listing several cases,we can analyse the probability of homotherapy for heteropathy by using the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and provide more ideas for the treatment of internal medicine miscellaneous diseases.
