摘要
目的:系统评价健脾化瘀解毒法的组方中药治疗胃癌前病变(GPL)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:检索国内外相关数据库,查找健脾化瘀解毒法的组方中药治疗GPL临床随机对照试验相关文献,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献32篇,样本量3117例。健脾化瘀解毒法可显著性提高临床疗效、证侯疗效、病理临床疗效、萎缩疗效、肠化疗效、异型增生疗效和胃镜疗效的总有效率,降低Hp感染率(P<0.00001),明显优于单纯应用西药常规治疗。结论:健脾化瘀解毒法治疗GPL较单纯应用西药或其他阳性药物的临床疗效更好。由于本Meta分析纳入研究较少,证据强度有限,上述结论仍需更多高质量研究加以验证。
Objective:To systemically evaluate efficacy and safety of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu method in GPL.Method:To search internal and abroad literatures related to the randomized controlled trials of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu method in the treatment of GPL.The RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Result:32 qualified references were included finally,and 3117 cases were studied.The therapeutic effects of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu were better than the control group in terms of the total clinical effective rate,improvement of TCM syndromes,gastroscopy and pathology effect,gastric mucosa score,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia changes,reduction of Hp infection rate.The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with the control group,only treated by western medicine or positive medicine,the method of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu had more advantages in the treatment of GPL.Since the included literatures were still limited,the above conclusions need more high-quality studies to verify.
