城市微更新背景下居民生活区景观有机更新设计探索

Research on Organic Renewal Design of Residential Landscape Under the Background of Urban Micro Renewal

国家“十四五”规划中明确提出实施城市更新行动、提升城镇化发展质量和城市品质的目标。城市微更新的主要目标是优化城市结构和提升生活品质,提高城市发展水平,以满足人民群众对美好生活的需要,促进城市健康发展。微更新不仅仅是改造设备老化、环境、公共设施不完善的实际问题,还要注重产业活力和文化传承。时代在进步,城市的建设和发展越来越精细化、集约化,而生活区景观的更新设计是城市更新的重要组成部分之一,富有互动性的文化景观也是以人文本的重要体现方面。本文以X生活区景观改造为契机,探讨景观改造设计的新思路、方法及措施,通过提升X生活区景观空间品质,更好地体现设计为人民服务的宗旨。

The national“Fourteenth Five Year Plan”clearly proposed the goal of implementing urban renewal action and improving the quality of urbanization development and urban quality.The main goal of urban micro renewal is to optimize the urban structure,improve the quality of life,and improve the level of urban development,so as to meet the people's needs for a better life and promote the healthy development of the city.Micro renewal is not only a practical problem of transforming aging equipment,imperfect environment and public facilities,but also focuses on industrial vitality and cultural heritage.With the progress of the times,urban construction and development are becoming more and more refined and intensive.The renewal design of living area landscape is an important part of urban renewal,and the interactive cultural landscape is also an important aspect of human text.Taking the landscape transformation of X living area as an opportunity,this paper discusses the new ideas,methods and measures of landscape transformation design,and better reflects the purpose of design serving the people by improving the quality of landscape space in X living area.
