摘要
鞘脂(sphingolipids, SLs)是生物膜的结构成分,与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)的多种生物学过程相关,包括脂质代谢紊乱、细胞增殖及凋亡、胰岛素抵抗、炎症和纤维化等。不同鞘脂及其代谢关键酶对NAFLD的作用不同。调控鞘脂代谢通路可能成为治疗NAFLD的潜在靶点。目前,鞘脂、铁死亡及NAFLD的相互关系及其作用机制尚不清楚。本文对鞘脂代谢在NAFLD中的作用及机制作一概述,以期为探寻NAFLD的治疗新策略提供思路。
Sphingolipids are structural components of biofilms and are associated with various biological processes in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD), including lipid metabolism disorders, cell proliferation and apoptosis, insulin resistance, inflammation, fibrosis, and so on. Different sphingolipids and their metabolic key enzymes have different effects on NAFLD. Regulation of the metabolic pathway of sphingolipids may be a potential target for the treatment of NAFLD. At present, the relationship between sphingolipids, ferroptosis and NAFLD and their mechanism of action are still unclear. This article reviewed the role and possible mechanism of sphingolipids metabolism in NAFLD, in order to provide ideas for exploring new strategies for the treatment of NAFLD.
