双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者糖脂代谢水平及血清层黏连蛋白、TGF-β1水平的影响

Effects of Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline on glucose and lipid metabolism and serum laminin and TGF-β1 levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探究双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)患者糖脂代谢水平及血清层黏连蛋白(laminin,LN)、转化生长因子-β1(transforming grwoth factor-β1,TGF-β1)水平的影响及临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月在陕西省人民医院收治的NAFLD患者92例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,均连续治疗3个月,且治疗期间均控制饮食并适量运动。比较两组患者糖脂代谢指标、LN和TGF-β1水平的变化。结果治疗后两组血清AST、ALT、TBIL、FBG、LDL-C、TG、TC、LN、TGF-β1水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(χ~2=4.420,P=0.036)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(χ~2=5.059,P=0.024)。结论NAFLD患者采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,能有效改善患者肝功能及糖脂代谢水平,且不良反应小,临床疗效佳。

Objective To investigate the effects of Live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline on glucose metabolism and serum laminin(LN)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and its clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 92 patients with NAFLD admitted to Shaanxi Provincial People′s Hospital from Jul.2020 to Jul.2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to treatment methods,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Live combined bifidobacteria and lactobacillus tables,and the study group was treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and controlled diet and moderate exercise during the treatment.The changes of glucose and lipid metabolism,LN and TGF-β1 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of AST,ALT,TBIL,FBG,LDL-C,TG,TC,LN and TGF-β1 in two groups were lower than before,and lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05),while HDL-C level was higher than before,and higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was lower than that in control group(χ~2=4.420,P=0.036).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that in control group(χ~2=5.059,P<0.05).Conclusion NAFLD patients were treated with Live combined bifidobacteria and lactobacillus tables combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline,which can effectively improve the liver function and glucose and lipid metabolism level of patients with small adverse reactions and good clinical efficacy.
