粪菌移植治疗功能性便秘的研究进展

Research progress of fecal microbiota transplantation in the treatment of functional constipation

功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是一种常见的胃肠道功能障碍性疾病。近年来,随着肠道菌群的深入研究,发现FC的发生发展与肠道菌群密切相关。粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT)作为一种重建肠道菌群的治疗方式,能有效改善FC的肠道菌群,并表现出良好的治疗效果。本文就FMT治疗FC的研究进展作一概述。

Functional constipation(FC)is a common gastrointestinal dysfunction disease.In recent years,with the in-depth study of the intestinal flora,it has been found that the occurrence and development of FC is closely related to the intestinal flora.As a treatment method to rebuild the intestinal flora,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)can effectively improve the intestinal flora of FC and show a good therapeutic effect.This article reviewed the research progress in the treatment of FC based on FMT.
