摘要
AEB紧急制动系统虽可一定程度上降低交通事故的发生率。现有被动安全控制策略下,AEB制动后驾驶员的胸部伤害值会增加。为避免和减小AEB制动后带来的影响,以100%刚性碰撞工况下,某车型驾驶员侧气囊为研究对象,充分考虑分析设计变量间的相关性,优化搭建基于Copula函数的有限元模型,通过相关性分析优化得出安全气囊参数。为车型开发中,主被动安全系统的集成开发提供相应的设计参考。
AEB emergency braking system can reduce the incidence of traffic accidents to a certain extent. Under the existing passive safety control strategy, the chest injury value of the driver will increase after AEB braking. In order to avoid and reduce the impact after AEB braking, the driver’s side airbag of a certain vehicle type under 100% rigid collision is taken as the research object. The correlation between design variables is fully considered, the finite element model based on Copula function is optimized. The safety airbag parameters are obtained through correlation analysis and optimization. It provides corresponding design reference for the integrated development of active and passive safety system in vehicle development.
