工业厂房大跨度预应力混凝土梁的运用分析

摘要 设计大跨度预应力混凝土梁试件,以振弦式应变计与挠度计等为试验设备,采用跨中二点分级加载方案,分析工业厂房中大跨度预应力混凝土梁力学性能。试验证明:荷载越大,试件应力值越大;荷载相同时,延长试件跨度,可减慢试件应力值上升速度,避免试件出现破坏情况;荷载与试件挠度呈正比;荷载相同时,延长试件跨度,会增加其裂缝宽度;增加无粘结预应力CFRP筋数量,会减轻试件裂缝宽度,提升其抗裂性能;张拉无粘结预应力CFRP筋数量越多,试件裂缝宽度越大。 The specimens of long-span prestressed concrete beams are designed,and the mechanical properties of long-span prestressed concrete beams in industrial plants are analyzed by using vibrating wire strain gauge and deflection gauge as test equipment and two-point graded loading scheme in the middle of the span.The test shows that the greater the load,the greater the stress value of the specimen.When the load is the same,extending the span of the specimen can slow down the rising speed of the stress value of the specimen and avoid the failure of the specimen.The load is directly proportional to the deflection of the specimen.When the load is the same,extending the span of the specimen will increase its crack width.Increasing the number of unbonded prestressed CFRP bars will reduce the crack width and improve its crack resistance.The greater the number of unbonded prestressed CFRP tendons,the greater the crack width of the specimen.
