摘要
员工在工作中意识到公司存在问题,但选择保留自己的观点,这种现象被称为员工沉默。新冠肺炎疫情对中国企业造成了巨大的冲击。在外部环境比较严峻的情况下,企业内部存在的员工沉默问题更加凸显。员工沉默在中小企业中广泛存在,并对员工行为和组织环境产生了显著影响,最终严重影响企业的经济社会效益。以江苏A公司为例,在综合分析员工沉默现象的概念及成因的基础上,通过问卷调查、人物访谈等方法全面分析该企业员工沉默现象的具体情况,从社会层面、企业层面、员工层面对员工沉默的影响因素进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议,具体包括建立以人为本的管理体系,健全完善沟通机制,创新人才招聘与培训方式等。
Employees are aware of the company’s problems at work, but they choose to retain their own views. This phenomenon is called employee silence. The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a huge impact on Chinese enterprises. Under the severe external environment, the problem of employee silence within the enterprise is more prominent. Employee silence is widespread in small and medium-sized enterprises, which has a significant impact on employee behavior and organizational environment, and ultimately seriously affects the economic and social benefits of enterprises. Taking Jiangsu A Company as an example, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the concept and causes of employee silence, this paper comprehensively analyzes the specific situation of employee silence in this enterprise through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, analyzes the influencing factors of employee silence from the social, enterprise and employee levels, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including establishing a people-oriented management system, improving communication mechanisms, Innovate talent recruitment and training methods.
