在线式静电感应风量测量仪的设计及应用

摘要 风量是水泥生产工艺过程中一个非常关键的参数,在线式静电感应风量测量方法可实现对气固两相流的无源、无干扰测量,对水泥生产线管道内流体的流型没有扰动,不影响生产。在线式静电感应风量测量仪摆脱了传统差压式风量测量仪表因堵塞而测量不准的问题,实时准确的风量数据能够助力水泥企业开展煅烧优化、粉磨优化工作,实现节煤降耗。 Air volume is a very critical parameter in the cement production process,and the online electrostatic induction air volume measurement method can realize the passive and non-interference measurement of the gas solid two-phase flow,and there is no disturbance to the flow patterm of the fluid in the pipeline of the cement production line,which does not afeet the production.The online electrostatic induction air volume measuring instument gets rid of the problem that the traditional differential pressure air volume measuring instrument is inaccurate due to blockage,and the real-time accurate air volume data can help cement enterprises cary out calcination optimization and grinding optimization to achieve coal saving and consumption reduction.
