摘要 HRM3700生料立磨系统工艺布置不合理、漏风严重、循环风机做功效率低等原因造成系统阻力大,生料工序电耗偏高,系统运行效果较差。针对此现象开展生料粉磨系统的物料特性和热工诊断分析,实施相应技术改造和设备更换措施。改造后,生料磨台时产量提高30 t/h,工序电耗降低1.5 kWh/t,满足了回转窑增产后的生料保供要求,实现了系统的节能减碳。 HRM3700 raw meal vertical grinding system process layout is unreasonable,serious air leakage,low efficieney rate of cireulating fan and other reasons resulting in large system resistance,high power consumption of raw meal process,poor system operation effect.In view of this phenomenon,the material characteristics and thermal diagnosis analysis of the raw meal grinding system are carried out,and corresponding technical transformation and equipment replacement measures are implemented.After the transformation,the output of the raw meal grinding table is increased by 30 th,and the process power consumption is reduced by 1.5 kWh/t,which meets the.requirements of raw meal supply after the increase of rotary kiln production,and realizes the energy saving and carbon reduction of the system.
