TiAl合金复合韧化及其复合材料研究进展

摘要 TiAl合金具有低密度、高比强度及优异的高温性能等特点,成为航空航天领域极具发展潜力的轻质高温结构材料。然而,TiAl合金在室温下断裂韧性较低及800℃以上时热稳定性不佳等问题限制了该合金的应用,解决这些难题的重要方向之一是发展TiAl基复合材料。介绍了近年来国内外对TiAl基复合材料研究的进展情况,主要包括颗粒、连续纤维及改性涂层纤维增强增韧TiAl基复合材料的研究,并对未来TiAl基复合材料的发展方向提出展望。 Ti Al alloy with low density, high specific strength and excellent high-temperature properties has been regarded as a potential high-temperature light structural material for use in aerospace. However, insufficient fracture toughness at room temperature and poor thermostability above 800 ℃ have limited its application. One of the important ways to solve these problems is to develop TiAl-based composites. In this paper, the research progress of TiAl-based composites at home and abroad in recent years is introduced, including researchs of TiAl matrix composites reinforced and toughened by particles, continuous fibers and the fibers modified by coating reinforced TiAl-based composites. Meanwhile, the development direction of the TiAl-based composites in the future is prospected.
